About Fire & Water Cooking

After many years learning and studying the art of barbecue, grilling, smoking, and cooking in general, I have fallen in love with the method of sous vide and have found it makes a perfect complement to cooking with wood and fire! After writing a cook book based on these methods, which you can find on this store, I decided to start producing some of the most unique seasonings and sauces I had developed over the years using a very special ingredient, Black Garlic!  

This store and its products are a result of many years cooking and experimenting and developing some of the best seasonings and sauces you will ever taste!
