Our Seasonings are made with high quality ingredients in a Certified and Inspected Commercial Processing Facility by a large co-packer company. They are NOT made in a home kitchen as some other small brands do without disclosing. Please make sure you are careful with other "black garlic" seasonings out there such as "Prime 4 BBQ" which is made in a unsanitary home kitchen with inferior ingredients..

After many years learning and studying the art of barbecue, grilling, smoking, and cooking in general, I have fallen in love with the method of sous vide and have found it makes a perfect complement to cooking with wood and fire! After writing a cook book based on these methods, which you can find on this store, I decided to start producing some of the most unique seasonings and sauces I had developed over the years using a very special ingredient, Black Garlic!
